Yes, you are able to check into our properties by yourself and at any time after the check-in time. Detailed self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Can you store my luggage?

We are not able to store luggage before checking in or after your departure.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included and suitable for streaming, video calls, and remote work.

A professional clean is provided prior to arrival. For longer stays, additional cleans can be arranged for an extra fee.

Will toiletries, toilet paper and cleaning supplies be provided for my entire stay?

Starter supplies are provided. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing personal items.

Are linen and towels provided during my stay?

Yes, hotel-quality linen and towels are provided during your stay. If you are staying at one of our properties that has a sofabed and you require use of it, we'll provide you with access to the linen for you to make the bed.

Is smoking allowed?

No. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, including balconies and common areas.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the property, booking platform and rate selected. Please review the policy at the time of booking.

Are properties suitable for parties or events?

No. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Only the quantity of registered guests is allowed to visit and stay at our properties.
